Yes, I accept custom artwork requests. If you are interested, head over to my commissions section.
➝ shipping details?
All orders are shipped with USPS.
I'm not responsible for packages shipped back to me due to an insufficient address. Please make sure you’re providing the correct address. If a package is shipped back to me, you will be required to repay the shipping fee to have your package shipped to the correct address.If you notice that your address is incorrect after ordering, you have 24 hours to contact me before I print the label to be shipped.
damaged or lost packages:
I am not responsible for any damaged or lost packages due to carrier mishandling. Once the package is shipped, it's out of my control what happens to the package. I advice to check tracking numbers frequently, which will be attached to your order once shipped. If your tracking number does not update within 72 hours of it being shipped, complete a help request form on the USPS website. After 7 days of completing the form, if the tracking is still not updated you can submit a missing mail search request on the USPS website.

shipping time:
Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be shipped. After orders are shipped, please allow an additional 2-7 business days for your package to arrive. For international orders, please allow an additional 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive.
➝ what if I placed two or more separate orders?
Orders will be combined when possible to reduce our shipping carbon footprint.
➝ what is your return policy?
Due to my products being one of a kind and handmade, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
I only accept returns/exchanges for faults of my own (i.e. wrong item sent).
Please note, that due to the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be an accurate reproduction of the actual product.
